ITINERARY

Arrival at Haridwar. Pickup & proceed to Rishikesh for Yatra Registration. After registration proceed to Guptkashi / Ramnagar (240 Kms).en route visit Guptkashitemple , Overnight stay.
Note:
For the Green Card you have to wait 4-5 Hrs (This is the Process by Govt. they check the Vehicle & take all the details of Passenger, then they allow for the journey )

Early hours proceed to Sonprayag (4 Kms.) then to Gaurikund (5 Kms.) by Govt. Jeep. and later Proceed to Kedarnath (17 Kms.) by pony. After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, Overnight stay at Kedarnathji. Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Early morning proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad. Later, proceed to Kedarnath Temple by walk (1 Km.). After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, return to Helipad to board the Helicopter back to Rampur. Overnight stay.
Optional: You can take Helicopter tickets for Kedarnath to avoid the Trek (12000/- p.p. approx)

Note:
In case you are traveling by Helicopter / Walk / Pony / Doli, the return will be on the same day with night stay at Rampur. Those who are traveling by Walk (17 Kms. approx. each way) / Pony / Doli, have a start the trek early in the morning of Day 4 A.M., so that you can come back on the same day.

If Gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotels policy.

In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances, the responsibility of the client.

The Terms & Conditions and Cancellations rules are applicable as per the respective Helicopter companies and the same are mentioned in their respective websites/their offices/our offices.

PAYMENT POLICY

Advance Booking Fee

30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 - 15 days before the date of departure: 50% of total cost.

14 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 15 days before The date of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel you’re booking:-You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost

29 – 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost

Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

  • For postpone/Propone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 14 days prior of the tour date.
  • INR 40%/- will be charged extra for Prepone/Postpone

OTHER POLICY

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is refundable after cancellation and Booking Charges, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further the charge will be levied as follows:-

  • Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
  • The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client
  • For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including tours by Parthtrip planner’s Pvt. Ltd. courts and tribunals in Madhya Pradesh (Indore), India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/Govt. of India-
  • We believe in giving value for money and we believe that quality comes with a price tag. We are promised to provide the best of our services and keep by our commitments towards quality and the sensitivity of the services
  • After getting confirmation from your side, we will process your booking immediately and Issue you the Hotel Check-in Voucher, Car Voucher, Sightseeing service Voucher to you as an attachment to PDF file. You are requested to carry these issued documents print-out copy with you during the Trip.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If we change or cancel your holiday

  • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first, try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All costs incurred due to the amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter, etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right? If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 30 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of you the complaint if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.
